Ms. Khaleel is a Shareholder and departmental Co-Chair of the Business and Healthcare departments with Capehart Scatchard, a diverse regional law Firm. She concentrates her practice in the representation of individuals, business owners, medical, dental and other professionals in the areas of estate planning, business planning, business succession planning, transactional and tax planning and estate and trust administration. Ms. Khaleel routinely handles matters of special needs planning including guardianship applications and routinely works on complex business/estate and trust litigation matters in conjunction with the Litigation Group.
Ms. Khaleel serves as President of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, the Board of Directors of the Animal Welfare Association, is a member of the Planned Giving Committee for Samaritan Hospice and serves on the Ethics Committee for Burlington County.
Ms. Khaleel is married to Jeffrey Miller, an IT Director with the American Board of Internal Medicine. Jeffrey and Yasmeen reside in Mount Laurel with their children Noah and Sophia and spend most of their time together at their kids travel soccer games.

Dr. Parveen K. Verma is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. She completed her BS from Rutgers University and graduated in 1999 from UMDNJ – School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Verma moved to Connecticut where she completed her internship and residency in internal medicine and subsequently her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in 2004. She began her career at Capital Health System where she developed and served as the Medical Director of their ADA certified Diabetes Education Program and started Capital Endocrinology. In 2008, Dr. Verma joined Lourdes Health System and created Lourdes Endocrinology associates which is now a 4 Endocrinologist practice serving the South Jersey and Lourdes Health System Community. She has priviliges at Our Lady of Lourdes – Camden and her office is located in Moorestown, NJ. Dr. Verma is married to Vijay Verma, Cardiologist with The Heart House. They live in Hainesport, NJ and have 3 children.
Treasurer: Parag S. Patel, MD
Dr. Parag Patel completed his medical training at RWJUH after working as a full time Pharmacist for over a year with Pathmark. He has gained a unique perspective on the field of medicine and uses this gained knowledge daily, to the great benefit of his patients. His final year of residency was spent teaching upcoming residents as Chief Resident. Dr. Patel lives in Mount Laurel, NJ with his wife and two children.

S. MANZOOR ABIDI, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.A.N. is a board certified Neurologist maintaining a thriving practice in Burlington County, New Jersey established in 1974. Born in Lucknow, India, Dr. Abidi attended King Georges Medical College, University of Lucknow, India. After immigrating to the United States in 1965, Dr. Abidi went on to complete residencies in Internal Medicine (Huron Road Hospital, Cleveland, OH, 1965-1966), Psychiatry (Philadelphia General Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, 1966-1968) and Neurology (Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, 1968-1971). He served as a professor of Neurology at Temple University while establishing a private practice in 1978 with partner Dr. Steve Vanna. Dr. Abidi serves as a delegate to American Medical association and is a past President of Medical Society of New Jersey. Of his greatest accomplishments are his roles as loving and dedicated husband to the late Nikhat Abidi, father to Nick Abidi, M.D. and Zeena Abidi Freeman and proud grandfather to Meghan, Collin, Cameron and Tay and 5 grand dogs.
